Matrix Ceramic (Silesia)

Matrix Ceramic, or Silesia as some people know it, is tucked away on Old Ghuntu Road near the 8-A National Highway in Morbi. This part of the road is a bit quieter than the main highway, but we still get plenty of dust and noise from the nearby plants. Our building isn't brand new, and you can see the wear on the walls from years of moving heavy stuff around. We spend a lot of time checking the machines because they can be a bit temperamental if the weather changes suddenly. The guys on the floor know exactly how to handle the materials, and most of them have been with us long enough to know the routine by heart. We don't go for anything flashy; our main concern is just making sure the day ends with everything loaded correctly. The office has an old wooden desk and a few filing cabinets that are jammed full of records from years ago. Sometimes we sit out front in the evening when it cools down just to watch the traffic on the distant highway. It’s a lot of physical labor and keeping track of small details that most people wouldn't even think about. We just do what we need to do to keep the gates open and the orders moving out to where they need to go. It isn't perfect, but it is our way of living.
