Exotica Ceramic Pvt. Ltd. is located over at Survey No. 249pl & P3. We are right on the Morbi - Jetpar Road, specifically in the Bela area. Anyone who knows Morbi knows this road is always packed with activity. Our site is a busy place where we handle ceramic production. There’s always the smell of raw clay and the heat from the kilns nearby. We have a lot of space here, which we need for all the raw materials and the finished tiles waiting to be shipped. The road outside can be a bit of a mess with all the dust and the heavy vehicles, but that’s just the nature of the ceramic business in this part of Gujarat. We spend our mornings walking through the production lines and checking on the workers. It’s a lot of physical work and staying on your feet. We don’t have a fancy lobby with leather chairs. Instead, we have a practical office where we keep the ledgers and track the orders. Our focus is just on the daily grind of making sure the quality is decent and the trucks leave on time. Sometimes things break or a machine stops, and we have to fix it right then and there. It's not a glamorous life, but it’s what we know. We’ve been part of this industrial belt for years and we just keep pushing forward with our daily tasks.
