We are located at Shop No-42 inside the Real Plaza No-2 building. It's right on the Vakaner Highway, so the noise of the traffic is something we hear all day long. The Om Kar Petrol Pump is right nearby, so there’s always cars and trucks pulling in and out across the way. It’s a busy spot to have a shop. We have a lot of ceramic pieces stacked up inside and out front. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is. If someone needs a specific tile or a pot, we can usually find it under a pile somewhere. The highway gets very dusty, so we are always wiping down the displays so people can actually see the patterns. It’s just a few of us working here. We spend a lot of the day moving heavy boxes around. Sometimes we sit out on the front step when it’s a bit slow and watch the tankers at the petrol pump. The Real Plaza building is a bit older now, but it works for us. We don't bother with fancy displays or lighting. If the light from the door is enough to see the color of the ceramic, that’s fine. People usually stop here because they’re already on the highway going somewhere else and need a quick look. We just try to be helpful and get them what they need quickly so they can get back on the road. It's a simple way to run a shop.
