Yera Ceramic

Yera Ceramic is located right on the 8-a National Highway in Dhuva. It's part of the Wankaner taluka, which is a big hub for this kind of stuff near Morbi. I remember when we first set things up here, the road was a bit different, but the work hasn't changed much. We handle a lot of ceramics every single day. The sun hits the yard pretty hard in the afternoon, so we try to get the heavy loading done early if we can. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we've known each other a long time. It is a practical setup, nothing too pretty to look at, just stacks of products and some machinery that we keep running. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Usually, we are out checking the quality of the batches coming through. If you are driving down the highway through Dhuva, you will see us. We have a small office where we sit and have tea while waiting for the next truck to arrive. It is noisy with the highway traffic, but you get used to it after a week or two. We just want to make sure the pallets are packed right and nothing breaks on the way out. It’s a straightforward life here in Wankaner, just working hard and heading home at the end of the shift.
