We are Spectrum Johnson Tiles Pvt. Ltd., located at Survey No. 242, along 8-a, National Highway in Dhuva. Even though we have the private limited name, it’s still just a bunch of us working in a big shed on the highway. Being at Survey No. 242 means we have a decent amount of room, which we need because tiles take up a lot of space. The highway noise is constant, and the dust is something we just live with. We spend our time checking the quality of the batches and making sure the orders are ready for the trucks. Dhuva is a busy hub for this kind of work, so we are surrounded by similar businesses. It’s a lot of physical labor, lifting and shifting crates. We don't have a fancy reception area. If someone comes by, they usually just find us in the warehouse. We try to keep things organized, but when three trucks show up at once, it gets a bit chaotic. The floor is concrete and hard on the feet. We've been at this location for a while, and we know the quirks of the building, like which light switches are finicky. We aren't here to make big speeches about our work; we just want to make sure the tiles get where they need to go without breaking. It’s a basic life, centered around the highway and the inventory we manage every single day of the week.
