Biscon Tiles Llp is located out in Andarna Village, which is in the Rajkot District. We are right on the Morbi- Halvad Road, so we get a lot of dust from the passing traffic. It’s a busy stretch of road, especially with all the tile factories around here. We spend our days making tiles and making sure the kilns are at the right temperature. It’s hot, physical work, and our clothes are usually covered in clay by noon. We’ve been part of the Morbi tile scene for a while now. Our factory isn't fancy, but it gets the job done. We don't have a big office with air conditioning. We mostly stay out where the action is, checking the quality of the batches. People from the village work here, so it feels like a big family most of the time. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our customers know us from being on the Halvad Road for so long. We just focus on making a solid product that won't crack when someone installs it. It’s a simple life out here in the district. We start early in the morning before it gets too hot and keep going until the daily quota is met. We like being tucked away in Andarna Village, away from the big city noise. There are plenty of challenges with the machinery, but we handle them as they come.
