We are located right across from the CNG pump on Jetpar Road in Bela. It’s a good landmark because people get lost out here with all the different factories. Lasa Cera has been operating from this spot for a good while now. We deal with ceramics, mostly focusing on the manufacturing side of things. Our daily routine involves a lot of checking on the production lines and making sure the loading bay stays clear for the next transport. It’s a busy road and the trucks are always coming and going. Inside the factory, it’s loud and there’s always something that needs fixing or adjusting on the belts. We don’t go for those polished corporate speeches. We’re just a bunch of people who know how to work with clay and heat. Our office is small and usually has a bit of dust on the windows, but it’s where we handle the orders and talk to customers. We see a lot of dealers coming through to check out the new batches. Sometimes the colors come out a little different than the last time, but that’s just part of the process when you're firing ceramics. We don't try to hide the fact that factory life is messy and loud. We just focus on getting the crates packed and onto the trucks so they can get to the shops. It’s a steady living and we’ve built up a decent rhythm over the years here in the Bela area.
