About Indian Brass – Housewares & Supplies in Moradabad
Indian Brass is located over at Pulia Pandit Nagla, right along the Bye Pass Road. It’s a good spot because the trucks can get to us easily without having to go through the narrow city streets. We spend our days working with brass, melting it down or shaping it into different items. The workshop is always hot and noisy, but that’s just part of the job when you’re dealing with metal. We don't have a fancy showroom with glass cases. Most of our stuff is kept in crates or stacked on shelves until it’s ready to be shipped out. We are just a group of local guys who have been doing this for years. We learned the trade from the people who were here before us. We don't use any high-tech marketing or big websites to get customers. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they see our sign from the Bye Pass Road. The area around Pulia Pandit Nagla is mostly industrial, so we fit right in with the other workshops. It’s a lot of hard work and we usually go home covered in dust and grease. We don't mind it, though. It’s a steady living and it keeps us busy. We just focus on making sure the brass is the right quality and that the orders are filled correctly. There’s no secret to it, just showing up and doing the work every day.
