F. A. R. Brass Products

Our place is on Asim Bihari Road in Galshaheed. If you know the area, it's pretty packed with workshops. We've been operating out of this spot for quite a long time. F. A. R. Brass Products isn't a big company. It's just a family-run operation. We make a lot of different things out of brass. The furnace runs almost every day, so it’s always warm inside. You can hear the sounds of metal hitting metal from down the street. We don't have a fancy office. Most of our paperwork is done on a small wooden desk in the corner. We get our mail at P.O. Box 149. The floor is usually covered in metal shavings, no matter how much we sweep. It’s hard work, and our hands are always dirty. But there is something about seeing a finished piece after all that heat and noise. We don't spend money on marketing or fancy labels. We just focus on getting the orders done and sent out. Some of our customers have been with us for twenty years. They know how we work when they come to Galshaheed. It’s a busy, noisy life, but it suits us just fine. We don't mind the soot or the heat because it's what we have always done. My sons are learning the trade now too, so the work continues.
