Duggalsons

Duggalsons is based over at 113-A in Kothiwalnagar. It’s a quiet residential area mostly, so we try to keep the noise down. We’ve been operating out of this spot for quite some time now. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we can keep our stock and handle the daily paperwork. We are a family-run kind of setup, so there is usually someone around even if the front door is closed. Most of our neighbors know us by now. We deal with various goods, and the inventory changes depending on the season and what people are asking for. It gets a bit cramped inside when a new shipment arrives, and we have to shuffle boxes around to make room for everything. We don't really do much advertising or have a big website. Most of our business comes from people who have known us for years. We spend our mornings sorting through things and the afternoons are usually for deliveries. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s completely silent. We just take it as it comes. It's a modest operation, nothing fancy or corporate. It's just the way it is when you run a small place like this. We don't have many employees, so we do most things ourselves. It keeps us busy enough.
