Ditech Squad Llp

Ditech Squad Llp is based out of Kultapara. If you are looking for us, we are over at Arabinda Abhikary’s place, right near the Sahardapingla police station. It’s a bit of a trek if you aren't from this part of town, but it works for us. The area is fairly traditional and we like being part of the local scene here. We don't have a big sign with flashing lights or anything like that. It’s just a house that we’ve converted part of into a workspace. It gets the job done. Inside, it’s mostly just desks shoved together and a lot of cables running along the floor. We try to keep it organized, but when we get busy, things tend to get a bit messy with papers and coffee mugs everywhere. The police station being so close makes the area feel safe, which is a plus when some of us stay late to finish up a project. We know the neighbors and they know what we do. It’s a small operation, really. We don't have a human resources department or a fancy breakroom. We just sit together, talk through the work, and try to avoid making too many mistakes. It’s a honest living. We like the pace of Kultapara. It’s not as fast as the city, and that suits us just fine. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit to get some air before heading back in to finish the day's tasks.
