Matecare Digi Solution

We are located on Malancha Road in Bhagawanpur. If you know where the Jyoti Sangha Club is, we are right near there. This part of West Midnapur is where we call home. Matecare Digi Solution is basically our way of bringing digital help to the local area. We do a bit of everything from fixing digital errors to helping people get online. The office isn't very big and it can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of equipment in for service. There is always a lot of tea being drunk and sometimes we have the radio playing in the background. It is a very normal, local business. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the people who come to us are satisfied with what we do. The road outside can get noisy with all the rickshaws and bikes, but we don't mind it. It’s part of the life here. Sometimes we stay late when a job is particularly stubborn. We don't use fancy talk or try to sell people things they don't need. If someone has a problem with their digital setup, they come in, we take a look, and we try our best to sort it out. That's the whole story of how we run things here. It is just about being useful to the community around Malancha Road.
