Flavia Restaurant & Lounge

We opened Flavia Restaurant & Lounge a while ago over here on University Road in Prabhat Nagar. If you know where the Saket Petrol Pump is, we are right near that spot. It’s a busy area but we like it. The place has both a restaurant side and a lounge area because we wanted to have different spaces for different times of the day. Mostly, it’s just us working through the lunch and dinner shifts. Sometimes the kitchen gets really loud when things are moving fast, but that’s just how it goes in this business. We spent a lot of time getting the chairs right and making sure the lights aren't too bright or too dim. Meerut has changed a lot lately and Prabhat Nagar is always moving. We see a lot of people coming in after work or on their way home. It’s not a fancy corporate chain or anything like that. It’s just our place where we try to keep things steady and clean. The lounge gets a bit more crowded in the evenings when people want to sit back for a bit longer. We don’t have some big philosophy about it, we just open the doors every morning and get the stoves going. It’s hard work and some days are slower than others, but we’re used to the routine by now. If you're walking around University Road, you'll probably see our sign near the petrol pump. We're usually around if you need a table.
