Fiesta Restaurant

Fiesta Restaurant is over in S2S Square on Garh Road. If you are near the bus stand in Meerut, you are pretty much there already. It’s a busy part of town so there’s always people moving around outside. We opened up here because we like being in the middle of things. The restaurant isn't anything too flashy, just a place for folks to grab a bite. We have some booths and some regular tables. My cousin helps out with the accounts and I spend most of my time out front or checking on the kitchen. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud, but they keep the air moving. We get a lot of people who are just passing through because of the bus stand, but we also have families from the neighborhood who come in on Sunday nights. It’s just a standard eatery. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Just us and a couple of waiters trying to get the orders right. Sometimes we run out of a specific dish if it’s been a busy day, but that’s just how it is. We appreciate when people stop in and stay for a while. It can get a bit hectic during the lunch hour when the buses arrive, but we try to keep up as best as we can. We’ve been here at S2S Square for a bit now and we’re happy to serve whoever walks through the door. It’s just simple food and a place to sit. We keep the floor swept and the water cold.
