If you go down to Sarrafa Bazar, you will find us at Bhagat House. This market is famous for jewelry, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. Bhagat Jewellers is a family name here. The shop isn't some modern glass box; it’s a place that feels like it has history. We spend our days sitting on the floor or behind the counters, talking to people who come in looking for something for a wedding or a gift. Sarrafa Bazar is always crowded, especially in the evenings when the lights come on and everyone is out shopping. It’s noisy and full of life. We don't have a website with fancy photos or a big marketing team. Most people know us because their parents or grandparents came to us. We handle a lot of custom work, which means a lot of sketching and talking to the smiths who do the actual making. Sometimes things take longer than expected, and we have to explain that to the customers, but people here usually understand that good work takes time. We keep things simple and honest. We aren't trying to be the most famous shop in the city, just a place where you can get fair work done. It’s a long day, from morning till late evening, but we enjoy being part of this community in the bazaar. It is just the way we like it.
