Tularam Revatiraman Inter College

Our college is located on the road that connects Chata and Govardhan in Mathura. It’s a long stretch of road with plenty of traffic, so we see a lot of people passing by. The building is made of red brick and has a large courtyard where the students hang out between classes. In the summer, the heat is quite intense, and the fans in the classrooms struggle to keep everyone cool. We have a lot of students who come from the villages nearby. Many of them arrive on bicycles and park them in the shade of the big neem tree near the entrance. The office is a bit of a mess with stacks of papers and old files everywhere. We don't have a computer system for everything, so we still write a lot in the big registers. Our teachers are mostly local men and women who have been in the profession for years. We don't have a canteen, so students usually bring their own food or buy something from the small shops across the road. It’s a very down-to-earth place with no fancy bells or whistles. We just focus on the curriculum and making sure the students are prepared for their final exams. Life here is steady and follows the same pattern year after year. It's a practical place to get an education in this part of Mathura.
