Amarnath Girls Degree College

We are located inside the Amarnath Vidya Ashram Campus right in Mathura City. It is a well-known spot here in the 281001 area. Since it’s a girls' college, we have a focus on providing a comfortable space for young women to study for their degrees. The campus has been around for a long time, so there are plenty of trees and some older buildings. It feels a bit separate from the main city noise once you are inside the gates. We have different departments for various subjects. The staff room is usually where you’ll find most of us if we aren't in a classroom. We don't do a lot of fancy advertising; people just know where we are. Students come from all over Mathura and even some of the nearby towns. The walk from the main gate to the college building takes a few minutes. It’s a pretty standard setup with blackboards and wooden benches. We have a small library too. Things are pretty quiet during exam time, but the rest of the year it’s quite lively with everyone talking in the corridors. We just try to keep the place organized and make sure the classes happen when they are supposed to. It’s a steady kind of place. Not much changes from year to year, which is fine by us. It's just part of the city's history and we like the old feel of the campus.
