Keshar Devi Ram Swaroop Inter College

Down in Magorra, right at the 20K mark, you will find our college. Keshar Devi Ram Swaroop Inter College is a local place for the students around here in Mathura. The building has been standing for quite some time and it shows its age in a few spots, but it does the job. Every morning you see the students walking down the dusty roads to get to their classes. We handle the older kids mostly, those finishing up their schooling before they head off to jobs or more studies in the city. It is a simple setup with wooden desks and blackboards that have seen plenty of chalk over the years. We do not have a lot of fancy technology but the teachers here know every student by name. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit but we just open the windows and keep going. It is quiet out here compared to the main town of Mathura. During exam season everyone gets a bit stressed out and you can see kids studying under the trees during their breaks. We just focus on getting through the syllabus and making sure everyone has a fair chance at passing. There is no big marketing team here, just us doing what we have always done in this part of the district. It is a basic school for local families who want their children to stay close to home for their education.
