Eshan College Of Management

Eshan College is situated out in Village Shahzadpur, which is a bit of a drive from the main part of Mathura. Being in a rural area like Pauri, the surroundings are mostly fields and open space, which makes the college feel quite isolated from the city noise. We have a plot of land where the management building stands, and it’s a place where students come to learn about business and office work. The rooms are basic with desks and some computers that we use for the classes. It can get really dusty out here when the wind picks up, so we are constantly cleaning the floors and the tables. Most of the people studying here are from the local villages in Uttar Pradesh, so they travel back and forth every day. It’s not a fancy campus with lots of grass and fountains, just a functional building where we hold our lectures. We have a small area where students can sit during their breaks, usually talking about their future jobs or their families. The staff handles everything from the admissions to the daily cleaning. It’s a very practical environment where the goal is just to get through the curriculum and help the students understand the subjects. We don't have any big corporate slogans; we just run the college day by day and try to keep the electricity and the internet working as best as we can.
