Slr Krishi Vikas is based out of Village Nagla Motineebkarori. Guddi Devi is the one we look to for keeping the paperwork in order at her house. This area is all about farming, and most people here have been doing it for generations. We formed this group to help each other get better seeds and maybe some better tools. It isn't easy being a farmer these days, with prices jumping around all the time. We aren't some big city company with a bunch of bosses. We are all just neighbors who see each other at the market or in the fields every day. Nagla Motineebkarori is a small place, so news travels fast. If someone has a problem with their crop, the rest of us hear about it and try to help. We don't have a marketing team or anything like that. We just focus on the ground and what grows out of it. Most of the time we are dusty and tired, but it's good work. Having this company name helps when we go to the bank or talk to the government, but at the end of the day, we are just people from the village. We hope the next harvest is a good one because everyone around here depends on it. The address is just a home, but it represents all our combined effort and long days.
