Lakha Agro Farmer Producer Company Limited is run by a group of us here in Tambola. Ashish Mohan Chavan is the one who helps keep things in order at his place near the post. We are all farmers who grew up around here, and we know the land pretty well. Setting up this company was just a way for us to have a bit more say in how our produce is handled. Farming in Tambola keeps us on our toes, and there is always something to do, whether it’s planting or harvesting. We don’t have a big fancy office, just a simple setup where we can meet and talk business. It’s honest work, and we don’t try to make it sound like something it isn't. We deal with the crops we grow and try to get them to the right places. Sometimes it’s a struggle with the weather or the market, but having the group helps a lot. We aren't some big city business; we're just local people who know how to work the soil. We’ve known each other for years, so there’s a lot of trust involved. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a basic way of life, and this company is just a tool to help us keep going and support our families. We try to be smart about things without making it complicated and hope for the best each season.
