Ryot Chicory Growers & Suppliers

Working with chicory isn't always easy, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate out in the fields. We spend a lot of our time here at A-4/6 Vijay Nagar just trying to keep everything organized. The Maholi Road area is always busy with trucks and people moving about, so there’s never a quiet moment. Most days start pretty early because that’s when the growers bring in the harvest. We look at the roots, check if they’re dried right, and get them ready to go out again. It’s a dusty job, to be honest. You end up with the smell of chicory on your clothes and in your hair by the end of the shift. We’ve been at this for a while now, and the building has seen better days, but it serves us well enough for what we do. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around and talk until it comes back. It’s not fancy work, but it’s what we know. People around here know where to find us if they need a supply or if they have something to sell. We don't have a big office or anything like that, just the warehouse space and a few desks. It gets hot in the summer, really hot, but we just keep the fans going and get through the orders. That’s just how it is for the team here.
