We are tucked away in the New Colony area of Nagla Tula, which is part of Rudawal. The office is actually at Sunita Sharma’s place. It is not a factory or a big industrial site, just a quiet spot where we manage the Nav Vikas Bio Fertilizers business. We started this because we saw how much the soil around here was changing and thought we should focus on something a bit more natural. Most of our days are spent talking to local farmers about what they are putting on their land and how the last batch worked out. It is a simple setup. We do not have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. You just walk up and we talk about whatever is needed right there. Rudawal is a small place, so news travels fast by word of mouth anyway. We handle the mixing and the distribution ourselves mostly. It is messy work sometimes, but it is honest and keeps us busy. The colony is usually pretty peaceful, except for when the delivery trucks come through the narrow streets. We do not use big words or fancy marketing because the results in the field usually tell the story better than we could. If the crops grow well, people come back to see Sunita and the rest of us. If they do not, they won't. That is the reality of it. We keep our costs low so we can keep things affordable for the people living nearby. It is just a small local business.
