Ryan Enterprises

Our place is at No- 95 in Vylathur, Edakkara. We are right across the road from the ICA School. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the school, so we never have to give long directions. We do a bit of everything here, mostly trading and supplying different items that local businesses need. It’s a modest setup, nothing too grand. We have a small storage area and a front desk where we handle the orders. Most of our customers are people we've known for years. We often end up chatting about the weather or local news before we even get to the business side of things. It’s that kind of neighborhood. The school kids make a lot of noise during their lunch break, but we’ve grown to like the sound. It keeps things feeling lively. We don't have a big marketing budget or a sales team. We just try to be helpful and keep the things people want in stock. If we don't have it, we try to find out who does. We believe in being straight with people. It’s not a complicated philosophy, just how we were raised. Some days are slow and we just sit and drink coffee, and other days we are running around like crazy trying to get everything delivered. That’s just the nature of running a small enterprise in a place like Edakkara.
