Unix Technologies

Out here at number 53 on Perinthalmanna Road, things move at their own pace. Chappanangadi isn't a huge place, so you get to know the faces of people walking by every day. Unix Technologies is just our small space where we deal with tech stuff and try to keep things running. It’s not a polished office with glass walls or anything like that. We’ve got some old chairs, a few desks that have seen better days, and a lot of cables everywhere. It can get a bit messy when we are in the middle of a big job. The road outside can be quite noisy with the buses and trucks going past, but you get used to it after a week or two. We spend a lot of time just looking at screens or trying to figure out why a particular piece of hardware isn't doing what it should. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We just show up, drink some coffee, and get to work on whatever is on the bench that morning. Most people who come in are locals who need a hand with their systems. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a front desk. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it seems to work for us and the people around Chappanangadi who know the address and stop by when they have trouble.
