Planex Associates

Our office is on Perinchoor Road, not too far from the AUP School here in Pookkottumpadam. If you know where the school is, you can find us pretty easily. Planex Associates is just a small team of us working on plans and drawings. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and sketches. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit messy, but we are always here. We grew up around Malappuram, so we know how things work in this area. It is a quiet spot most of the time, except when the school lets out and the kids are everywhere. We do a lot of the heavy lifting when it comes to figuring out where a wall should go or how a roof should sit. It isn't always exciting, but it is what we do. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is at the desk. We try to keep things simple because that is how we like to work. There is always a pile of blueprints somewhere. We have seen a lot of changes in Pookkottumpadam over the years. More houses and more shops. We just keep doing our part with the drawings and the site visits. It is decent work. We do not promise anything we can't do. If a plan does not work, we tell you. That is just how it goes with us. We are just local people helping neighbors get started.
