Located in Thiruvambadi, Mukkam, near Valanchery. We deal with computers. It started small. Mostly fixing things or selling parts. People come by the VN Building when their laptop screen breaks or the internet isn't working right. It’s a quiet area near Maisoormala Post. We’ve been here a while now. The desk is usually a bit messy with cables. Sometimes it takes a couple of days to get a specific part in if it's an old model. We just handle what comes through the door. Ponnani is a bit of a drive but we get folks from there too. There isn't much to say other than we keep things running. It’s mostly just us and some tools. Sometimes we stay late when a big job comes in. The humidity around here isn't great for the hardware so we see a lot of dust issues. We try to be clear about what can be fixed and what’s just gone for good. If you're looking for the VN Building, it's not hard to find once you're in the right part of town. We handle software issues too but it's mainly hardware work. Every day is different. One day it's a cracked screen, the next it's a server that won't boot. We just take it as it comes. No fancy office here, just a practical space to get the work done. We've seen a lot of tech change over the years. We just keep our heads down and fix what's broken.
