Aisha Pvt. Ltd. is located right at number 12 on the Byepass Road in Kondotty. Being on the bypass makes it easy for people to find us, but the traffic can be a bit much during the day. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time now. It’s a sturdy place, even if the paint is peeling a little on the outside. Inside, it's just a regular workspace. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for tea. We don't really do much in the way of fancy stuff. It’s a family-run kind of vibe here, even though we are a private limited company. Everyone knows their job and we just get on with it. Kondotty is a growing town, and we’ve tried to grow along with it. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow internet, but we make do. It’s part of living here. We don’t really have any big slogans. We just show up every morning and see what needs to be done. Most of the staff have been here since the start. We have our routines and they work for us. The windows look out over the road, so we see a lot of people passing by. It’s a busy spot but we like it that way. We aren't trying to be anything we're not. Some days are slow, some are fast, but that is how any business goes. We keep a calendar on the wall to track everything manually.
