Hotel Naufal

Hotel Naufal is in the Naufal building on Mission Street. We are right by the Rao & Rao circle in Mangalore. If you know Mangalore, you know that circle is a major point where several roads meet. It’s always buzzing with traffic. We’ve been here for a good amount of time. The building is named after us, which is a nice thing, but it’s just a regular concrete structure. We focus on the daily stuff—cleaning the floors, changing the sheets, and making sure guests are okay. We don't have any fancy mission statements. Our goal is just to get through the day with satisfied guests. The area around Mission Street has a lot of history and old shops. You can find almost anything within walking distance. We get a lot of people who are here for business at the port or the nearby markets. It’s not a quiet place because of the traffic at the circle, but people don't seem to mind. They come here for the convenience. We have a few staff members who have stayed with us for years, so we’re like a small family. We don't use any complicated booking systems. Just a ledger and a pen usually does the job. It’s a very practical way to run a business and it keeps things simple for everyone. We might not be the fanciest building on the street, but we are here and we are reliable.
