Hotel Athiti

Our hotel is located on the basement floor of Al-Ansar Towers, which is right on Maidan Road in Mangalore. We are directly across from the service bus stand, so there’s always a lot of activity right outside our entrance. Being in a basement means we don’t have much in the way of views, but it’s a very practical spot for anyone arriving by bus who needs a place to stay immediately. We’ve been operating here for a while, providing simple rooms for travelers and people in town for a quick visit. The space is straightforward and we try to make the most of it. Our staff is small, and we spend most of our time keeping the rooms clean and making sure the guests have what they need. It’s a no-frills operation. We don’t have a fancy lobby or a big restaurant; it’s just a place to get some rest. Because of where we are, it can be a bit noisy with the buses and the crowd at the maidan, but that’s part of being in the heart of the city. We see a lot of people who are just passing through for a day or two. We focus on the basics like clean sheets and working lights. It’s an honest, local business run by people who live nearby. We don’t try to be anything we’re not. If you need a bed right by the bus stand, we’re here at the desk and ready to help you out with a room.
