Hotel Moti Mahal

Hotel Moti Mahal has been sitting here on Falnir Road in Mangalore for quite some time now. If you come by the desk, you will likely see Janardana Rao, who is our Front Office Manager and keeps everything moving smoothly. We are right in the heart of the 575001 area. It is a busy street, but we have gotten used to the noise and the general pace of the city over the years. Our building is not brand new, but it is sturdy and we do our best to look after it day in and day out. Working in the front office means seeing all sorts of different people coming through the doors, from locals to those traveling from much further away. We do not go in for anything too flashy or modern. It is mostly about making sure the rooms are set and the keys are where they should be when someone arrives. Mangalore is a coastal place, so the humidity can be a bit much sometimes, but we keep the fans going and the air moving. Janardana keeps the records straight and makes sure nobody is waiting too long at the counter. It is a practical way to run a hotel. We are not trying to be anything we are not. It is just a place to stay on Falnir Road where the staff knows the neighborhood well. We just keep doing what we do every day.
