Hotel Motimahal

I’m usually around Hotel Motimahal on Falnir Road most days. We’re in Mangalore, 575002, and this road is pretty well-known around here. It’s a solid building that’s been standing for quite some time. I wouldn’t say we’re anything too special, just a place where you can get a room if you’re in the city. The staff here are just regular people from the neighborhood. We spend our time checking the linens and making sure the light switches work. Mangalore can get quite hot, so we deal with that as best we can. Falnir Road has its busy times, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading to work. We see a lot of the same faces passing by every day. The hotel doesn't have a lot of extra stuff you don't need. It’s just walls, beds, and a roof. We try to keep it decent for whoever stays here. Sometimes we have to fix a leak or sweep up some leaves from the entrance. It’s not glamorous work, but it’s what we do. People find us because they know the address or they saw the sign while driving down the road. We don't put on any acts. We just open the doors and let people in. It feels like a part of the local scenery now, just another building on Falnir Road that’s been here for years and years.
