Manesar is a huge place and it’s easy to get lost in all the sectors, but we are settled in at Plot No. 195 in Sector 3. Being in the IMT area means we are surrounded by factories and trucks all day long. Our focus is mainly on wires, and there is a lot of it moving through here every week. The machines run pretty much constantly, making that steady humming noise that you eventually stop noticing after a few months. We aren't a corporate giant with a shiny lobby. Instead, we have a workspace that’s filled with spools, cutters, and people who know how to handle them. It can get dusty and loud, but that’s just how industrial work goes. We’ve had some long days where things didn't go as planned, but we usually figure it out by the time the sun goes down. Most of the staff has been with us for a while, so we all know each other’s habits. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings. We just look at the orders, check the materials, and get the lines moving. If someone stops by, they’ll probably find us on the shop floor rather than behind a desk. It's a practical way to run things, and it keeps us grounded in what we’re actually making here in the heart of Manesar. We just keep our heads down and try to get the orders out on time.
