You can find us over at Plot No. 57 in Sector-8 of the IMT Manesar area. We are right near the HCL Tech building, which is a big landmark that helps people find the turn. Working at Tokai Rika Minda India Pvt. Ltd. means being part of the whole industrial scene in Manesar. It’s a really busy place with lots of people coming and going for their daily shifts. The gates open up early and the floor stays quite loud for most of the day. We make parts for cars, and there is always something moving on the assembly lines. It’s not some quiet office job. You hear the machines and the forklifts running all the time. Sometimes the traffic getting into Sector-8 can be a real headache, especially in the mornings when everyone is trying to clock in at the same time. We’ve been at this specific plot for a long time now. The building is practical, built for doing work, not for looking pretty or impressive. We have a lot of people from the local area and some who commute from quite far away. During the lunch hour, everyone sits around and talks about their day. It’s a lot of metal and plastic and just plain hard work. Being near HCL Tech makes it easy for people to give directions to our place. We just focus on getting the parts out and making sure the machines are running. It’s a big operation, but we try to keep it simple.
