This particular branch of Hilux Automotive Pvt Ltd is at Plot No 201 in Sector-3, IMT Manesar. It’s a big plot, but we use every bit of it for our automotive work. The gates open early, and usually, there’s already someone waiting with a delivery. We spend most of our hours around the machinery. It can get pretty loud when everything is running at once. We don’t have much in the way of a fancy office, just a small corner with some chairs and a computer that’s seen better days. The floor is concrete and shows the wear and tear of years of moving heavy stuff around. We focus on getting the parts out the door. Sometimes we stay late when a big order comes in, and other times it’s a bit slower and we can clean up the benches. The staff here are mostly local guys who know their way around an engine or a chassis. We don't use big words or have long speeches. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. It’s honest work. The sun hits the front of the building in the afternoon, making it quite bright inside. We have a small break area outside where we sit when the weather is nice. It’s just a normal factory life for us at Sector-3. Nothing too special, just the way we like it. We keep our heads down and work hard.
