Our facility is situated at Plot No- 22-23 in Sector-6 of the IMT-Manesar area. This place is a massive industrial hub, and every morning the roads are packed with buses bringing workers to the different plots. At Sansera Engg. Pvt. Ltd., we have a pretty large setup with a lot of heavy machinery. The floor is always busy with people in uniforms moving between stations. It is a very structured environment because that is the only way to get engineering work done properly. We spend a lot of time monitoring the machines and checking the output. Manesar is often dusty and the weather can be harsh, but inside the sheds, we just focus on the task at hand. We do not have a lot of time for fluff or corporate talk. The main thing is to keep the production lines moving without any hiccups. There are shifts running, so the place rarely feels empty. Even at night, you can see the lights on and hear the hum of the factory from the road. We have a canteen where everyone gathers for a quick meal before getting back to their machines. It is a place of hard work and technical details. We are just one of many companies in this sector, but we try to do our bit and keep our people busy.
