About Natraj Agro & Spices – Agriculture & Farming in Mandsaur
If you come down to Ramtakri, you’ll find us at No. 51 Parvati Sadan. It’s a sturdy old building. We handle agro products and spices here. The smell is the first thing you notice when you walk in. It’s a mix of different things we’re processing that day. Some days it’s stronger than others. We’ve been in this spot for a good bit of time. It’s a family-run kind of place, so you might see different cousins or siblings running around helping with the bags. The office part is small, mostly just a couple of desks and a lot of ledgers. We prefer it that way. It’s easier to keep track of everything when you’re right there in the middle of it. The street outside can be a bit narrow, so parking a big truck is always a bit of a puzzle. We make it work, though. We spend a lot of time weighing out spices and sealing bags. Our hands usually smell like turmeric or pepper by the end of the shift. It’s hard work, and the dust can get to you if you aren't used to it. We don't use any fancy machines, just the ones that have worked for us for years. People from the neighborhood stop by sometimes just to say hello or ask about the prices. We like being part of the community here in Ramtakri. It feels right. Most days the tea stall nearby is where we take our breaks.
