Harshada Hair Salon

I've been working at Harshada Hair Salon for a bit now. We are right on Palkhed Road in Niphad, over in Nashik. If you know where Z P School No 2 is in Shirwade Vani, we are just right across from there. It's a pretty basic spot, really. We spend most of our mornings opening up and getting the chairs ready. The shop isn't anything fancy, just a place for people to get their hair done without a lot of fuss. Being near the school means there's always kids running around outside and parents waiting. It gets a bit noisy during those times, but we don't mind much. It’s just part of being here in Tal Niphad. We use the usual tools, nothing too modern. The mirrors have a few smudges sometimes and the floor gets covered in hair by noon, but we sweep it up. People come in and talk about the weather or what's happening in the neighborhood. We mostly just listen and keep our hands busy. It’s a good location for us because everyone knows the road. We stay busy enough to keep the doors open. If the power goes out, we just wait it out or use whatever light comes through the door. It’s how things go around here. No big corporate rules or anything, just us showing up to work every day on Palkhed Road.
