R. C. Enterprise

R. C. Enterprise has been operating out of this spot near the State Highway for a while now. If you’re looking for us, you won't find a big sign with lights; we mostly use Po Box No. 55 for our mail. Being right on the highway means there is always a low hum of trucks and cars passing by at all hours of the day. It gets a bit dusty because of the traffic, so we are always wiping down the desks and the shelves. The office is a practical space, mostly filled with boxes and paperwork that needs to be filed. We don't have many visitors except for the postman or the occasional delivery driver who got a bit lost. It’s a very straightforward place to work. We spend a lot of time checking lists and making sure the supplies are where they should be. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoon, so we keep the heavy curtains drawn most of the time. It makes the room a bit dim, but it stays cooler that way. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait, or work by the light of the windows. We aren't trying to do anything flashy here. We just show up, handle the orders, and make sure everything is sorted before we head home for the evening. It’s just us and the road outside, keeping things moving along.
