Our place is located right on the State Highway, which makes it easy for the trucks to come and go. North Gujarat Sat Isabgul Industries Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this spot for quite some time. Being near the highway means there is always dust and the sound of horns, but that’s just part of life here. We focus on isabgul, which is what most of the local area knows us for. The building is large and functional, built more for work than for looking nice. Inside, you will see the processing area and some small offices tucked away in the back. It’s a bit of a trek from the main town, so we usually bring our lunch and eat together in the break area. The work is physical and depends a lot on the seasons and the harvests. We don’t have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just talk to the farmers and the buyers directly. It is a straightforward operation. Some days are incredibly busy with bags being stacked and loaded, while other days are for maintenance and cleaning the machinery. We keep things moving as best as we can. It’s hard work, and the weather can make it tough in the summer months, but we get it done. We are just a local industry keeping the wheels turning on the highway and making sure the orders are filled correctly.
