Lotus High School

Lotus High School is based in Srinivasa Colony, right in Jadcherla. This part of Mahabubnagar has grown quite a bit recently, but we try to keep things steady. Our school is a regular building where kids from the colony and nearby areas come to study every day. It’s not a massive campus, but we have enough rooms for all the different grades. The walls are painted a simple color, and we have some charts made by the students hanging up in the halls. Every morning starts with a small assembly in the front yard. We don't have a big sound system, just a megaphone sometimes when it's windy. The classrooms are filled with the sound of kids reciting their lessons. We have a small space for the staff to sit and correct papers during their free periods. It’s a lot of work keeping everything organized, especially with all the state board requirements and paperwork. We have a few trees in the corner where students sit during their lunch break to stay cool. It gets quite dusty when the wind blows through the colony roads. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. It’s just a place where teachers teach and students learn. Most parents here are working hard, so they just want a safe place for their children to be. We try to provide that and make sure they pass their exams without too much trouble.
