Keshava Reddy School

Keshava Reddy School is located in the Appanapally area of Mahabubnagar. It is a place that sees a lot of activity from early in the morning. The school is set back a bit from the main road, which helps with the noise of the traffic. Mahabubnagar has its own pace, and we follow that here. The building is a solid concrete structure with several floors. We have many classrooms filled with desks and chairs that the kids use every day. There is a playground where the students spend their breaks, and you can hear their shouting from across the fence. The staff usually arrives around eight to get everything ready for the assembly. We have a simple gate where parents wait to pick up their children in the afternoon. Inside, the walls are mostly bare except for some charts that the teachers put up. The climate here can get very dry, so we have to make sure there is enough water for everyone to drink. It is a straightforward school where the main goal is just to follow the timetable and get the work done. We don't have any big flashy events, just the normal school holidays and exams. Most people in Appanapally know where we are because we have been here for a good while. It is a local spot where children come to learn their lessons and spend time with their friends. The day ends with the final bell and everyone heading home through the dusty streets until tomorrow.
