System And Automation is located at 3/231 on Chinthamani Road in Rajaman Nagar. It is a bit like a maze back here if you are not used to these streets. We spend our time working with electronics and various control systems. Our shop is full of small wires, soldering irons, and different types of testing gadgets. The main workbench is always a bit of a mess with capacitors and circuit boards that we are currently working on. We try to keep it organized but when you are busy, things just tend to pile up in corners. We help local businesses fix their control panels or automate some of their smaller machines. It is more of a technical repair shop than a store where you just buy things. We do not have many people just walking in. Most of our clients call us on the phone first to describe their problems. We spend hours looking at technical drawings and trying to figure out why a particular circuit has stopped working. It takes a lot of patience to find the fault. Sometimes we have to stay late because a problem is very stubborn and we do not want to leave it unfinished. Chinthamani Road gets very busy during the rush hour so we try to do our outdoor visits early. We just like fixing things and making machines work better.
