We operate out of the Subbiah Naidu Industrial Complex. It’s located in Y Pudupatti, near the Arumbanur Post area. It is a bit out of the way, which suits us just fine because we need the space for the flavours and chemicals we work with. The surroundings are a mix of small workshops and open fields. When you walk into our unit, you can usually smell whatever flavour we are working on that day. It could be fruit, or it could be something more industrial. We have a small crew from the local villages nearby. They are hardworking people who don’t care for corporate talk. We focus on the mixing and the packing. The equipment we use is solid and we maintain it ourselves. It’s a practical setup. We don’t have a reception desk or a waiting room. If someone comes to see us, they usually just find us on the floor or in the small back office. The weather here can be quite punishing, so we start early to beat the heat. We’ve been part of this industrial complex for years and we know all our neighbors. Our work isn't fancy, but it is necessary for the companies that buy from us. We just try to get the batches right every single time. It’s a quiet life here in Y Pudupatti, just working and making sure the chemicals are handled properly.
