Sri Maaruti Steel

We've been here at number 45 in Nagamalai for a while now. Dealing with steel is heavy work, but it keeps us busy. The yard in Pudukottai gets quite hot in the afternoons, especially when the trucks come in to unload. Most days, it's just us moving rods and sheets around. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. People around here know where to find us. It’s not a fancy place, just a lot of metal and some old machinery. We spend a lot of time checking the stock and making sure things are organized, though it gets messy fast. Sometimes the rain slows things down, but we just wait it out. It's dusty work. You get used to the smell of iron and the noise of the cutting machines after a few days. We don't have a big office or anything, just a desk and some chairs where we handle the paperwork. Mostly we are outside. It's honest work. The neighbors know us by the sound of the gates opening in the morning. We try to keep things moving. There isn't much to say about us besides that we work with steel every day. If you pass by Nagamalai, you’ll see the sign. It’s been there for years. We just keep doing what we do, day in and day out, without much fuss. It's just a regular local business trying to get the orders filled and the trucks loaded before the sun goes down.
