So, we are set up at 507 Kalgidhar Road in Field Ganj. If you know Ludhiana, you know how busy it gets around the Gurudwara Field Ganj. That is basically our backyard. Running a place like Veggiegate The Complete Food means there is never a quiet moment, really. We handle a lot of different things here, and the complete food part of the name just means we try to have a bit of everything that people around here are looking for. The streets are narrow and usually packed with people, scooters, and delivery rickshaws. It can get pretty loud outside. Inside, we are usually busy prepping things or checking our stock. We aren't trying to be one of those high-end spots you see in the malls. We are just a local place where you can get what you need without a lot of fuss. Most of our regulars have been coming to us for years. They know our faces and we know their usual orders. It feels good when someone walks in and you don't even have to ask what they want. Sometimes the supply chain gets a bit messy, or the power goes out, which is just part of living and working in this part of town. We just deal with it as it comes. It's a lot of long hours on our feet, but that is how it goes when you run a food business in a place like this.
