Vanita'S Gluton Free Kitchen

Kothi No. 1506 is where we stay and work. It’s in Urban Estate, Phase-Ii. My name isn't really important, but the kitchen is. Vanita’S Gluton Free Kitchen started because we saw a need here. It gets busy in the mornings. We try to keep everything clean because of the gluten stuff. People come by the house often. It’s a quiet neighborhood mostly. Some days are longer than others. We don't have a big fancy sign or anything. Just the kitchen in the back. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere. Urban Estate is a nice place to be. We've been at 1506 for a while now. The neighbors know us. It isn’t a huge factory, just a kitchen. We focus on what we’re doing. Sometimes the oven acts up but we fix it. It’s just us here. We make sure the ingredients are right. No wheat allowed inside the door. Phase-Ii is easy to find if you know the area. We like it this way. It’s a lot of manual work. My hands are usually covered in something. We don't do much advertising. People just find us. It’s honest work. The kitchen is where I spend most of my time. It's not a corporate office. Just a home kitchen doing its thing. We keep things simple and try to get the orders done on time. It is a lot of work but it keeps us busy.
