The Dreams Food Plaza

Our spot is on Brown Road, right at the CMC Hospital Chowk in Ludhiana. If you know that area, you know it never really sleeps. Being near gate number 3 of the CMC Hospital means we see a lot of people who are probably having a tough day. We get doctors in their white coats, families waiting for news, and students from the college. It’s a very busy intersection, 141008 is always full of horns and people shouting. The Dreams Food Plaza is a name we liked, even if we are just a small place on a corner. We try to keep things fast because most people around here are in a hurry. The kitchen is always going from early morning until late at night. There’s a lot of dust from the road, so we are always wiping down the counters. It’s a bit noisy with the hospital traffic right outside the door, but you get used to it. We don't have a lot of space for people to linger, it's more of a sit-down-and-eat kind of place. We don't do any big advertising or anything. People just see the sign while they are stuck in traffic at the chowk and wander in. We just try to keep enough food ready so no one has to wait too long. It’s a simple life running a place in such a busy part of Ludhiana.
