Our place is at 7/E, Malhar Road in the Saraba area of Ludhiana. We are right near Flamz Mall, which is a big landmark around here. Even though the name on the sign is famous, the people working here are just regular folks from the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen every day. Malhar Road is a busy street with lots of shops and cars. It gets especially crowded on the weekends when everyone is out at the mall. We have a decent-sized space and we try to keep it looking okay. It is not always perfect, but we do our best. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just follow the recipes and try to make sure the food tastes right. The kitchen can get pretty hot during the summer months in Ludhiana. We have a lot of different people coming through the doors. Some are families having a big meal and others are just people taking a break from shopping. We spend a lot of time cleaning up after the rush. It is a lot of hard work and we are usually pretty tired by the end of the night. We have been in this spot for a while now and we know the local rhythm. It is just a restaurant on a busy road, doing what restaurants do. We don't try to be anything more than that.
