Sunder Caterers

If you find yourself walking down Shiv Puri Road near Daresi Ground, you’ll see our shop at number 4. Sunder Caterers is just a small local team. We spend most of our time in the back, prepping vegetables or making sure the burners are working right. The Daresi Ground area is always full of life, and we feel like a part of that rhythm. We don't have a slick marketing team or a fancy website. Most people find us because they saw us working at a cousin's wedding or a neighbor's house party. It’s a lot of early mornings and very late nights. We get our hands dirty every single day. The shop is filled with the smell of spices and the sound of large containers being moved around. It can get a bit disorganized when we have three events on the same weekend, but we manage to get everything where it needs to go. We’ve been at this for years now, and the routine hasn't changed much. We know the local suppliers by their first names and where to get the freshest stuff. It’s hard work, and sometimes things go a bit sideways, like a van breaking down, but we always find a way to fix it. We just focus on the cooking and making sure the food is hot when it reaches the tables. It is a simple life of feeding people and we are quite used to the hustle.
